Phase 1 Site Clearing 95% Complete!
The Preserve at Corkscrew phase 1 site clearing is approximately 95% complete with preparations under way for grading and infrastructure installation in Estero, Florida.
Phase One
Construction has already begun on Phase One. The first phase of the development including constructed model homes is expected to be complete in early 2012. Lennar and Pulte are planning to have new furnished model homes constructed and fully staffed for sales this season.
Clearing Started Today!
Clearing started today! The Preserve at Corkscrew is a new 510 acre residential development in Estero, Florida with the main property fronting directly on Corkscrew Road, east of I-75 between the existing developments of Bella Terra and Wildcat Run.
